Summary Notes

  • The Queen Elizabeth II Field in Trust plaque will be fixed on a plinth at the edge of the car park in Coleorton Wood with the Royal Oak sapling planted immediately behind it.
  • Purchase of the equipment for the Volunteer Group was agreed. The order will be placed soon.
  • The Clerk will be contacting parish organisations about being involved in the Annual Parish Meeting on Saturday 18th May 2013 in Coleorton Wood between 11am and 1pm.
  • The Council decided to fix the precept for 2013-14 at a level that means no increase in the amount households will pay to the Parish.
  • Bellway Homes, the developers of the new houses in Lount, discussed the provision of some information boards about the history and nature of the site with the Council.
